Do I have to take my Functional Skills online exam on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation email?

Once booked, our online Functional skills exams are available for two years. Although the date and time on the confirmation email are provisional, this needs to be confirmed by the invigilator as they will be supervising the exam in person. Any changes to the date and time do not need to be updated on the exam system, but once the exam has been started, a full attempt must be made within the allotted time as it cannot be restarted.
