Where does the practical observation for the Customer Service Practitioner standard take place and who is involved?

The observation for the Customer Service Practitioner standard must take place in the apprentice's normal place of work to help the Assessor understand their performance during a typical working day.

The time and date of the observation is agreed between the apprentice and End-Point Assessor at the assessment planning meeting.
