Why have my Functional Skills results not been sent within six working days?

Please check your junk and spam folders to see if the results email has landed in one of them. If you have sat a paper-based exam, results are issued within six working days of TQUK receiving the paper from your centre. It may be the case that you have attempted a new exam within an awarding window. When we release a new set of exams, they need to go through an awarding process where the pass mark is set. That process can take up to 30 days from the release of new papers, with full information available on the Key Dates document under the Functional Skills Resources tab.
