What should I do if the exam system can't access my camera?

If the System Check Test has notified you that it cannot access your camera, you will need to check the settings on your Google Chrome browser. This is the only web browser compatible with the exam system.

You can find access to the browser settings by clicking the three dots in the top right corner, scrolling down to settings, then Privacy and Security, and then Site Settings. Locate the exam site, click the arrow to open settings, and ensure that the camera is set to Allow. 

If a Mac is being used, please open the settings on your device, click Privacy and Security, and then ensure that screen recording is enabled.
