Some items on the System Check Test are marked with a red cross. What does this mean, and how can it be resolved?

A System Check Test is carried out before a Functional Skills exam will load. It will check your internet browser and speed, as well as confirm access to the camera, microphone, and desktop. If a red cross is displayed next to any of the checks, this means that the system encountered an issue and access to the exam is not permitted.
