How is the situational judgement test for the Lead Adult Care Worker standard graded?
The situational judgement test is graded as fail, pass, merit or distinction. Scores of 40-49 points will be graded as a pass. Scores of 50-54 points will be graded as a merit. Scores of 55-60 points will be graded as a distinction. Scores of 39 points or lower will be graded as a fail.
