How do I request Reasonable Adjustments?

Once a learner has been registered for a Functional Skills exam, they can be booked onto the exam through the Examinations tab. If a learner requires a Reasonable Adjustment, you need to submit a Reasonable Adjustment Form, located at the bottom section of your Verve homepage. When in the Examinations tab, please select the learner’s name and click the ‘Request RA’ button in the top right. Once this has been pressed, an exam cannot be booked until the request has been assessed by our Operations team. The team will notify you of the outcome via email, and you will then be able to proceed with the booking.
