Can I change the invigilator for a Functional Skills exam once an exam has been booked?

To change the named invigilator for an online Functional Skills exam, the booking has to be cancelled. This is because the invigilator will have access to the login details that allow the admittance of learners to the exam. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 03333 583 344 or email support@tquk.org. Once the cancelation has occurred, the centre will be contacted to rebook the exam with a different invigilator.
