Can a reasonable adjustment or special consideration decision be appealed against?

A recognised centre or training provider can appeal on behalf of a learner or apprentice to contest the result of a reasonable adjustment or special consideration application if it believes TQUK has not acted in line with its procedures in fairly arriving at a judgement.

To do so, please fill out the Appeals Form found here, and a member of our team will be in touch.

Full information on the appeals process can be found in our Appeals Policy.
