How can I withdraw a learner who has either been registered in error or left the course?

If a learner has been mistakenly registered or left before completion, you can withdraw them using the below steps: 

1. Access the Claims/Learners tab in your Verve account
2. Find the learner you’re looking to withdraw and click the white tick box next to their name
3. Click on the Withdraw Learners button at the bottom of the screen 

Simple! After you're done, a licence credit will be applied to the relevant qualification, providing a learner has been withdrawn within 6 months of registration. This can be used for the registration of another learner on the same qualification.
