Why are my assessment staff not showing as approved?

To ensure that everything is above board, our Quality Team need to review each staff submission before they can be approved.  

Don’t worry, it won’t take long: the process is usually complete within one working day of submission and after it’s done staff will either be marked as ‘approved’ or ‘disapproved’. If they’re disapproved, we’ll be in touch to understand the blockers and get them solved, if possible. 

If you have updated further evidence and uploaded further competencies for the assessment staff, be sure to email quality@tquk.org to let them know and they will complete a further review.
