Centre Recognition and Management

What is ongoing recognition activity?

Once you achieve centre recognition and begin working with us, we put an agreement in place that clearly sets out what we can expect from each other.

Adhering to this contract is really important as it gives us assurance that we’re all meeting the conditions of recognition set out by our regulators and helps avoid burdensome investigations and audits. Most importantly, it protects our learners.

One way we can collectively maintain this status quo is by conducting ongoing recognition activities. These are periodic, external checks on how you’re meeting the requirements of your agreement undertaken by TQUK. The aim of these activities - that may be desk-based or involve a visit to your centre - is to satisfy us that everything is running as it should, but also to offer you the opportunity to ask us any questions, seek support and have a general chat about best practice.
