EPA Assessments

What is a situational judgement test (SJT)?

A situational judgment test (SJT) is a form of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) test, but the nature of the questions is slightly different. Rather than asking statement questions, the SJT presents the apprentice with situations or scenarios based on day-to-day working activities.

As with a standard MCQ, a series of options is provided and the apprentice must select the option they believe to be correct.
