Situational Judgement Test

What happens if the apprentice fails the situational judgement test and needs to resit or re-take it?

If the apprentice fails any of the assessment components, they will be eligible for a resit or retake. A resit does not require further learning, whereas a retake does. A resit is typically taken within three months of the original fail notification, while a retake is typically taken within six months. If the apprentice fails the situational judgement test (SJT), they can still achieve an overall distinction on the resit attempt if a distinction has already been achieved for the competence interview.
