What happens if an apprentice doesn't attend an EPA assessment?

Short-notice cancellation fees will apply where five working days' notice has not been given. All cancellations and no-shows are reviewed, and assessments are rescheduled within 24 hours by our Bookings Team.  

Our exceeded cancellation process will be followed if an apprentice does not attend an assessment or cancels without notice on the third occasion. The exceeded cancellations process consists of pausing all further bookings until we have made contact with the on-programme assessor and mentor, or our training provider key contact, to establish a firm booking date.
