What happens if a booking is made and the assessor cannot commit to the date and time?

If a booking is made and the assessor cannot commit to the date or time and are unable to flex it on the same day, a change request form will be completed and an alternative date and time offered for the assessment. 

The bookings team will process the change request form within one working day, and new dates and times will be shared for the EPA components, including the APM.  

There could be instances where the apprentice is then moved to a different EPA to allow for a quicker completion, for example if the assessor is away for an extended period of time due to holidays, or life events.
