What do I do if I need help logging into my Functional Skills exam?

If you experience connection issues during the exam, the system will allow you to log back in to continue. This must be done within a 10 minute window from when the connection was lost. If you continue to experience issues, the system will allow a maximum of three login attempts for one scheduled exam before the exam becomes locked out.
