What content will be covered in the situational judgement test for the Children, Young People and Families Manager standard?
The situational judgement test is designed to examine how the apprentice would react within the given scenarios. The scenarios are all based on experiences the apprentice is likely to face during their working life. All questions draw from the stated knowledge and skills elements of the standard and focus on the higher-order competencies. Material may be drawn from any part of the standard.
