What content will be covered in the situational judgement test for the Adult Care Worker standard?

The situational judgement test is designed to examine how the apprentice would react in the situations they are likely to experience during their working life. The situational judgement test will present the candidate with a range of real-life scenarios in a multiple-choice format. All questions draw from the stated knowledge and skills elements of the standard and focus on the higher-order competencies. Material may be drawn from any part of the standard.
