Why are my learners showing as 'not registered' in Verve?

A learner doesn't show as registered until both the payment and staff have been approved. To see how far along the process is, access the Bookings tab in Verve

  • If the staff status is showing as not approved, it's being reviewed by our Quality Team. Once the review is complete, the team either approves the staff member or contacts your centre to ask for more information.  Reach out to quality@tquk.org to check on the approval status and if more evidence is needed of Assessor and IQA competencies.
  • When the payment status shows as not approved, there may be an invoice waiting to be paid or to be allocated to the booking. Once the invoice has been paid, registration will move forward.
