Is TQUK regulated?
Yes! TQUK is an Ofqual-recognised Awarding Organisation, meaning we've demonstrated our ability and ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest of standards in relation to how we develop and deliver our regulated products. We’re also regulated by Ofqual’s equivalent regulator in Northern Ireland: CCEA.
As an End-Point Assessment Organisation, we’re also recognised by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, so you can be assured that our end-point assessments meet all the necessary requirements for accuracy, fairness and reliability as set down by the IfATE.
Being regulated isn’t easy and it takes a lot of work to remain compliant, but we’re proud of our status. It means that our learners have peace of mind from knowing that our qualifications are accessible and purposeful, our assessments are fair and consistent, and our centres receive the best possible service.
