# Is my qualification recognised abroad?

Generally speaking, yes. 

Ofqual-regulated qualifications are recognised across the world as high-quality, meaningful awards. We have a lot of international centres and global learners because they know that Ofqual regulation is a mark of quality. 

If you’re looking to use your Ofqual-regulated TQUK qualification for a specific purpose abroad – application for a job or another course, for example – you’ll need to **check directly with the organisation you’re applying to in order to be sure they recognise it**. This is because each organisation, whichever country it’s in, may set its own boundaries for what is and isn’t accepted for different purposes.
