What should an invigilator do if they can't admit a learner to an exam?

The invigilator needs to log in to the administration site following the link sent to them in an email, which will also include a username and password. The password can be changed once logged into the system. Before the exam begins, they must also check the identity of the learner. Then, once logged in to the administrator site, they need to:

- click Exam Monitoring System, then Student Verification.

- locate the learner using the email address entered at the registration stage.

- select Admit. The learner will now be able to start the exam.
