What should I do if I've not received a booking confirmation email?

Booking confirmation emails are automatically sent as soon as the booking has been completed and may be in your junk or spam folders. If you have not received the email, you may need to check that the email address provided is correct by speaking to the administrator at your centre. If you’re unable to check, please contact our Customer Service Team at 03333 583 344 or email support@tquk.org. If you have misplaced the email and need access to the system, you can find a link at the top right of our homepage.
