What should I do if I've made a booking without requesting a Reasonable Adjustment?

If a booking for a Functional Skills exam has been made without requesting any Reasonable Adjustments, and this needs to be changed, please contact our Customer Service Team at 03333 583 344 or email support@tquk.org. We will remove the booking from the system within 24 hours, allowing you to create a new booking with a Reasonable Adjustment request.
