I am due to be an online invigilator, what do I do?
These are to be used in conjunction with exam conditions. It is expected that the invigilator will:
- organise for the exam to be sat in a venue which is deemed suitable and safe
- ensure the exam is conducted in specified exam conditions
- ensure any occurrences of malpractice are documented and reported to TQUK using the appropriate channels
- prevent malpractice and maladministration wherever possible
- be aware of authorised and unauthorised materials
- ensure all reasonable adjustments are in place for approved candidates
- ensure the learner’s ID has been checked and verified prior to the exam taking place
- remain fully vigilant for the duration of the exam
Please note that all invigilators must ensure that all sections of the invigilation form are completed within one hour of the exam being sat. Failure to complete all sections of the invigilation form will result in the exam being voided.
