How will the new assessment plans be different?

Assessment plans are being streamlined and restructured to adopt a more concise, high-level format. The key changes include:

Reduced length: Plans will be significantly shorter, likely three to four pages.

Broader focus: Emphasis will shift to overarching assessment outcomes, rather than detailed mapping of individual knowledge and skills to specific methods.

Greater flexibility: Detailed descriptions of mandatory assessment methods will be removed, allowing awarding organisations greater flexibility in assessment design.
