How do I claim a learner’s certificate?
This is the fun part: getting learners their certificates so they can celebrate their fantastic achievements. Here's what you need to do.
- Access the ‘Claims/Learners’ tab of your Verve account.
- In the resulting screen, search for the learners you are claiming certificates for and select them by clicking on the white tick box next to their name. If there are multiple learners to be claimed on the same qualification, they can be selected at the same time. However, if they are on different qualifications they need to be claimed separately.
- Once you have selected all learners, please click on the red 'Claim Units' button.
- This will take you to the claim screen, where you’ll be asked to re-confirm the learner(s) and select the units they’ve completed.
- To complete the process all mandatory units must have been claimed, and if applicable any optional units. These are selected by clicking the tick box next to the unit. If enough units have been selected, the credit selection checkbox will turn green.
- The option to confirm the units will then open, allowing you to complete the claim.
If that’s a little complex, you can follow the process with our video guide.
