How long does the professional discussion for the Adult Care Worker standard last and how many questions are asked?

The professional discussion is a structured, two-way dialogue between the apprentice and the End-Point Assessor. The discussion will be of no more than 45 minutes duration. This component takes place after the situational judgement test has been achieved as some of the discussion will be shaped around the outcome of the situational judgement test.
