How do I request a replacement certificate for a learner?

If a learner reports a missing certificate and requires a replacement, the request must be submitted by the original training provider. To do this, please select the Replacement Certificate request form from the Verve Management Suite homepage.

If a replacement is required due to a change of learner details, please indicate the original learner name and the required amendments.

Our Operations Team will process the request and issue a replacement with any requested amendments. Delivery can be expected within three working days of collection by the couriers.

Please know that replacement certificates cost the same as the initial registration fee, with a cap of £30+VAT, and the following payment methods are available: 

 Payment Method  Description
Pay by licenses If a qualification license is available, this will be deducted and the request will be processed on the next available print run
Request an invoice  An invoice for the certificates will be produced. The request will be processed once it's confirmed as paid
Pay monthly All requests will be summarised in a single monthly invoice, covering each month's activity. the request will be processed on the next available print run
