How do I opt-out of e-certificates?

As of Tuesday 21 May 2024, all TQUK centres will be automatically opted-in to using paperless e-certificates.

Opting-out must be done at an individual learner level. To do so, simply untick the ‘Go Paperless’ option during the 'Confirmation' phase of learner registration. If you’ve added multiple learners, you must untick the ‘Go Paperless’ option in each individual learner.

Any centres that do continue to use paper certificates will be required to pay a surcharge of £2 per certificate, invoiced monthly. The change currently applies just to our regulated qualifications.
