I claimed a certificate in error. How can I resolve this?

If a certificate has been claimed in error, just email our Quality Team details of the learner's name, qualification, and any other relevant information you have via quality@tquk.org

The team will review your case and get in touch to discuss how to reverse the claim and, if needed, to invalidate the certificate issued. If the certificate has been released, the centre has to destroy the invalid certificate and inform the Quality Team after the process has been done.
