How can I make a complaint about the support materials I've been given?

In almost all instances, we don’t design the training or learning materials. Some centres use TQUK-published support materials to deliver the following courses: 

  • First Aid
  • CPR 
  • Fire Safety 
  • Food Safety 

    However, they don’t have to and many still choose to design their own. This means that any complaint about the content of learning resources needs to be directed towards the centre where you are studying for your course.  

    Centres should have complaints processes in place (we check when they start to work with us), so it’s best to check their website or speak to your tutor to find out the best way to submit your concerns to them.
