How can I change a learner's details on Verve Management Suite?

If a learner’s details are incorrect once they have been submitted to the Verve portal, you can email us at support@tquk.org with the registration number and the details that need to be changed. We will be back in touch once this has been actioned. If the learner certificate has already been claimed, you must complete a ‘Request Replacement Certificate’ form on your Verve portal's homepage.
