What should I do if my Functional Skills exam is showing as not registered when I log in?

If a learner is sitting an online exam with an invigilator present, they will need to be admitted to the exam before they can begin. Once the invigilator has logged in to their administrator account (using the link sent in an email) and verified the learner’s identity, they need to:

- click Exam Monitoring System, then Student Verification.

- locate the learner using the email address entered at the registration stage.

- select Admit.
