Exam Cancellations
This article relates to the cancelling of exams due to be sat on our online exam platform.
Exam Cancellations
Learners are required to notify their training provider as soon as they need to cancel an exam. It is essential that the training provider receives this information in a timely manner.
Cancellation Notice:
To avoid incurring cancellation fees, learners must give their training provider at least 5 working days' notice prior to the exam. If cancellations are made with less than 5 working days' notice, a fee may apply.
Rescheduling:
The training provider will coordinate directly with Training Qualifications UK via email or phone to modify the exam booking.
To reschedule an exam, learners must complete a resit form.
To access the resit form:
1. Log in to EPAPro.
2. From the left-hand menu, select 'Support Materials'.
3. Click on 'View'.
4. Enter 'Resit' in the search bar.
5. Select the link to the external form.
