Do learners need specific software to use the exam system?

To use our exam system, learners need to download a secure web browser that locks down functionality on their device so they cannot navigate to any other windows during their exam. This helps ensure compliance with exam conditions and removes the risk of cheating. They will be prompted to download the browser when they’ve logged into the system.

A diagnostic check is built into the system to help learners ensure their device is set up correctly from a technical point of view. They can also request some practice questions so they can gain experience with the platform before sitting the exam itself.
