Why has the Direct Claim Status (DCS) of the qualification in the Centre Recognition Activity (CRA) plan changed to ‘Lapsed’?

Direct Claim Status allows you to claim certificates without the usual external quality assurance activities. It’s a marker of trust from us to you, and you have to prove that your practices and processes are still robust enough to warrant it.

If you’re seeing that a qualification’s Direct Claim Status has lapsed it’s because no claim was made for that qualification in 12 months. Don’t worry though; you can apply for DCS again by getting in touch with our Quality Team at quality@tquk.org.
