How can I check the status of a learner’s certificate?
Waiting’s never easy, especially when the thing you’re waiting for is as important as a certificate of achievement. So, we allow you to keep tabs on the status of a certificate request through our Verve platform.
Just log in, click 'Claim/Learners', and review the Certification Status section. One of the following messages will appear:
- Not Assessed: The certificate has not yet been claimed.
- Sampling: The claim is currently in our sampling process.
- Pending: The claim is being processed before it goes to our Operations team for them to prepare and issue the certificate. When this status appears, this typically means the certificate will be issued the next working day.
- Ready: The certificate has been created and is being printed. When you see this status, it means the certificate will shortly appear on the learner’s record and be sent out to you.
- Awarded: The certificate has been issued and is available to download on the learner's record. If requested, a paper copy has been posted to your certification contact.
