How do I change the IQA/Assessor on a learner's registration?

Your process for doing this depends on if the learner's registration has been approved or if it's still pending approval.  

To see a learner’s registration status click the 'Claims/Learners' tab in your Verve account and search for the learner. 

  • If a booking is approved and the learner is showing as registered, email our Quality team at quality@tquk.org with the learner’s name, their qualification and the name of the new staff member(s). The team will note this in our records. 
  • If the registration is pending approval, the learner/booking needs to be removed and the learner re-registered using the correct staff member. If this happens and payment has already been made for the registration, drop us a line at quality@tquk.org and we’ll allocate a licence credit to the qualification for you to use when re-registering the learner, so there’s no additional cost.
