Cancellations of End-Point Assessment Components
To cancel or reschedule an End-Point Assessment (EPA) component that is not a Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) or Situational Judgment Test (SJT), apprentices must promptly inform their training provider. The training provider is then responsible for contacting Training Qualifications UK immediately.
Please note that a cancellation fee may be applied if an assessment component is cancelled with less than five working days' notice.
Following the cancellation of an EPA component, the allocated assessor will contact the apprentice to schedule a new date and time for the assessment.
It is important to understand that project components cannot be cancelled. If a project is not submitted by the deadline, it will automatically be marked as a fail. In cases where extenuating circumstances hinder the timely submission of a project, the training provider is required to submit a Special Consideration Form to request a pause in learning or deadline extension.
Should this request be denied, it is essential that the project be submitted, as failure to do so will result in a failing grade.
If you have any further questions or require support regarding a component cancellation please email epasupport@tquk.org.
