General
Can I use assessments I've previously used for another AO's version of a TQUK qualification?
Yes, this isn’t an issue, as long as you own the intellectual property rights or have a right to use those materials. We will need to make sure, as we do with all centre devised assessments, that the evidence they lead a learner to produce meets the learning outcomes of our qualification, but once that process is complete, you can go ahead and use those assessments for your learners.
Be careful not to assume that a qualification that looks and feels very similar to one you’re already offering can be evidenced using the same assessments. Subtle differences can exist that means small tweaks need to be made. We’re happy to help with this process.
