Can I take 'rough' note paper into my Functional Skills Maths exam?

Learners are permitted to bring in one piece of rough (blank) paper into the exam to support any working out. Any working out done on rough paper and not in the digital working out area available on the system will not count towards additional marks for this exam. If rough (blank paper) is being brought into a remotely invigilated exam, this must clearly be presented to the camera at the start of the exam to show that the paper is blank. At the end of the exam, the learner must rip the rough paper up in front of the camera.
