Can I get a credit note for an apprentice who has withdrawn?

There are instances where a credit note will be applied for learners when they are withdrawn from EPAPro.

Once a learner has been withdrawn from EPAPro, a credit note can be requested by contacting finance@tquk.org. A credit note is applicable if the learner has been withdrawn within 12 months of their registration date.

If the learner has not been submitted to gateway on EPAPro, then you are entitled to a credit note for the registration fee.

If the learner has been submitted to the gateway, then you are entitled to a credit note for gateway portion of their fee, minus a £50 admin charge. However, a credit note would not be applied if a learner has begun any portion of their end-point assessment, inclusive of the assessment planning meeting.
