How can I remove the staff portfolio on Verve?

We're sorry, you can't remove the staff portfolio, but you can make staff inactive. To do this, please follow the below instructions:  

1. Access Verve and click the 'Assessment Staff' tab
2. In the resulting screen, select the portfolio of staff who want to inactivate 
3. In the staff information, change the portfolio to 'disabled' and delete all contact details and documents. The status of the portfolio will be then changed to 'not used'.
