How can I get a physical copy of a certificate?
We offer both physical certificates and digital e-certificates, so learners have more choice. All certificates are released digitally unless a hard copy is requested upon claiming. If your learner would like a physical copy of their certificate after it has been claimed, just complete and submit our hard copy request form and the Operations Team will process the request. The certificate will be with you within two working days following payment.
Physical certificates cost £30 +VAT, or the cost of registration for the course, whichever is cheaper, and the following payment methods are available:

If a qualification license is available, this will be deducted and the request will be processed on the next available print run. |
| Request invoice |
An invoice for the certificates will be produced. The request will be processed once it's confirmed as paid. |
| Pay monthly |
All requests will be summarised in a single monthly invoice, covering each month’s activity. The request will be processed on the next available print run. |
