Can the assessor move an Assessment Planning Meeting (APM) or EPA component if requested by the apprentice?
Yes, if the re-arranged component (including the APM) takes place on the same day that it was originally booked.
The alternation will be immediately reflected on EPAPro and a note will be added to the apprentice's profile to explain why the move has happened.
If the apprentice requests a different day for any of the components, including the APM, the training provider must complete the change request form. Once submitted, TQUK will process the form within 24 hours and an updated Microsoft Teams calendar invite will be shared by the Bookings Team.
