What should the apprentice prepare ahead of the practical observation for the Teaching Assistant standard?

The apprentice should plan the timings and content of observations to provide them with the best opportunity to demonstrate all knowledge, skills, and behaviours over the time allowed. This would be best achieved with input from the employer and training provider.
