What should the apprentice prepare ahead of the practical observation for the Learning Mentor Standard?

The apprentice should decide upon the timing and content of the two required observations. The contents should demonstrate normal practice aligned with the relevant knowledge, skills, and behaviours. The apprentice will need to be observed working with two different mentees or groups.
