What should the apprentice prepare ahead of the observation for the Learning and Skills Teacher standard?

The apprentice will need to decide upon the timings and content of their observations. The assessor will be happy to have copies of lesson plans, resources, schemes of learning, and rationales for inspection but this is not a requirement of the assessment plan.
